The library and its resources are available by appointment only to Pueblo Grande Museum Auxiliary members, museum docents and volunteers, students, researchers and the general public.

Non-circulating Collection
- Collections emphasize Hohokam and southwest archaeology.
Subjects also included are museum studies, southwest history of North American Indian arts, anthropology, ethnology, flora and fauna of Arizona, and conservation of artifacts. - The Pueblo Grande Museum Research Library collection includes:
books, periodicals, manuscripts, vertical files of ephemeral material, rare books and pamphlets, as well as a reference collection. - Reference assistance.
Staff will guide patrons to requested items with the use of the catalog cards and a computer software system. - Photocopies.
Items may be photocopied, if in good condition and copyright laws are satisfied. Copies are made by staff at a fee of 15 cents per page. - Library computer
includes access to Valley library online catalogs. Staff may assist patrons in a broad search for needed information.
