Cultural Experience to Hopi Mesa’s

For over 800 years the Hopi People have lived in villages on top or at the foot of three mesas – First, Second and Third Mesa, which are three fingers of the enormous Black Mesa.

We will visit all three Mesas and most of their villages including the village of Oraibi, on Third Mesa, which is arguably one of the oldest continually inhabited towns in North America.

On our first night, enjoy a Hopi dinner served outdoors where guests participate in making Hopi tortillas. Each day afterwards we’ll have the honor of enjoying one meal in a Hopi home.

We will have an opportunity to meet Hopi artisans and participate in hands on craft activities. Hopi artists are renown for their Kachina carvings, silver overlay jewelry, baskets and pottery and you will have the opportunity to purchase art direct from artists if you so choose at great prices.

This trip promises to be a culturally unique and memorable experience for everyone.

The trip includes transportation, most meals, lodging and activities.
